Star Gazing

Another to add in the “Yellow Umbrella” series – this one is one of my favourites.  The girl and her umbrella, sitting watching the infinite stars above…  I love the idea that she’s walked through the forest in “Path Less Travelled” and found her way to the bench to watch the stars rise, looking at the infinite possibilities above her. There are infinite possibilities in all of us, and this is depicted in the painting.  I also love the raw edges to the painting, giving it a very real feel.  Just beautiful and it makes me so happy.
